I started CrossFit in 2009 because I wanted to get fitter. I had seen clips on the internet of girls with amazing physiques doing pull ups and I was like “wow that would be cool to be able to do.”
When I started, I couldn’t do a single pull up and couldn’t do a push up on my toes, so I really do know what its like at all fitness levels.

I have used CrossFit as a method of training myself for 11 years and have trained people Individually and in small groups for 10 years.

The thing I love about it is what it brings to people’s lives and the difference it makes. I receive no greater satisfaction other than seeing somebody complete a workout or a movement that they once thought they wouldn’t be able to do. It builds a resilience in people which carries over into other aspects of their lives. It is a challenge and people constantly surprise themselves with their own abilities.

I am so passionate about CrossFit being the best training methodologies to build fitness, strength and overall health for anybody and everybody regardless of age, gender and current level of fitness and strength.

I also have been involved in the competitive side of CrossFit competing at the CrossFit Games, twice.

I was introduced to CrossFit through my mum. I was injured at the time with a broken ankle so used CrossFit as a method of training and a way to keep fit to assist me in pursuing a professional soccer career.

Started CrossFit and never really looked back.

I love the challenge of CrossFit and really enjoy coaching people achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals.
